A native son of our Nations Capital, Donald is familiar with many barriers and challenges youths face within the educational system and the community. He overcame many obstacles in his life by obtaining the skill-sets required to achieve success in life and business.

As an award winning speaker, Competent Communicator, Competent leader and the 2010 Club President of the year for Toastmasters International, Donald's success as a motivational speaker and youth coach has inspired him to overcome adversity to beat the odds as a categorized statistic.

By making a commitment to being a part of the solution to youth issues, he founded WAKE4Youth. As president of the nonprofit organization, his passions are to make a difference in the lives of youth by working towards the reduction of high school dropout rates and to provide support to youths returning home from the penal system.

Donald serves as an Advisory Board Member, Achievements Counts Ambassador and 2011 Speakers Bureau top speaker for the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education (MBRT). He also obtained certification as a Seminar Speaker from the Les Brown University.

With an exciting career in media advertising with one of the largest publications organization in the world. His key roles is providing the vetting process of all ads and quality enhancements of member communications. 

Wilson is originally from Cameroon, Central Africa where he served in many positions supporting youth.  He has been an after school teacher for young students and was involved in social activities helping young males succeed and get integrated in a professional life. 

Wilson is also an active member of Toastmasters International.  He loves to interact with people with different cultural backgrounds and life experiences.  Wilson feels that the greatest wealth in our existence is to be surrounded by good human beings.

Having a successful management career with various prestigious Washington DC law firms, in where he worked with Members of Congress and other Government Officials, Chris has built strong, long lasting relationships with Management and Senior Executives.

Thriving on his passion to work with teens, he coaches youth basketball for teenagers and also works with Structure Group Homes mentoring teens.

Mr. Desper is currently a member of Toastmasters International and is working diligently towards sharing his knowledge and life experiences with youths and groups worldwide.

Mr. Desper received a full scholarship and attended Central State University in Wilber Force, Ohio in 1996.

Don has developed excellent management and client engagement talents that incorporate business expertise and successes in life enhancing services for youth. He has worked with nonprofit organizations that provides support to teenage youths, instrumental in Christmas-in-April projects, provided mentoring to displaced and underprivileged children and has coached, with winning success,  little league basketball and football league teams. 

As a highly motivated, top performing award-winning sales professional, with success in driving sustainable growth in competitive markets. Don has outstanding strengths in negotiating, facilitating increased market share, elevating revenue earned and maximizing product portfolios. 

Mr. Musgrove is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, and Finance degree. He also shares the passions of the founder to make a difference in the lives of youth.
