Predicted versus Actual Graduation Rates in Maryland School Districts
According to the University of Maryland's, Maryland Equity Project, Predicted vs Actual Graduation rates in the Maryland School District is not that far fetched. Amongst one of the highest prediction, Price George County Public School's actual rate failed with an over 12 point decrease.
Why does Prince George County have the second to the lowest graduation rate at 69.5% with Balitmore City being the higstest at 56.4%...why did the Maryland public school system fail miserably in those two counties?
